1) Agreement

By purchasing or using any products, programs, services, or content from Art Wide Open, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2) Program access

When you purchase The Artist’s Method, you receive access to the program materials and community for the period described on the sales/checkout page.

Access is for one person only and may not be shared, copied, resold, or redistributed.

3) Payments

You can pay in full or, if available, use the payment plan described at checkout.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments.

If a payment fails, access may be paused until payment is resolved.

4) Refund policy (The Artist’s Method)

Try Session 1 and see how it feels in your studio.
If, within 14 days after Session 1, you decide The Artist’s Method isn’t for you, email us and you’ll receive a full refund.
No hard feelings.

5) Results disclaimer

Art making is personal and outcomes vary. Your results depend on your effort, practice, and circumstances. No specific results are guaranteed.

6) Community guidelines

If a community space is included, you agree to participate respectfully. We may remove content or revoke community access for behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive.

7) Intellectual property

All program materials (videos, workbooks, recordings, text, images) are owned by Art Wide Open and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
